Pre-Owned Instructions 

Setting up a Pre-Owned Credit Line:

1. Request a Pre-Owned Credit line from your Polaris Acceptance Account Manager.

2. Sign and return “Pre-Owned Inventory Loan Credit Facility Approval” letter provided by your Account Manager

3. Complete and return “Bank Account Funds Transfer Set Up Form” for outbound disbursements via ACH.

Processing Instructions for On Line Loan Request Form:

1. Complete the “Pre-Owned Inventory Loan Request Form” to submit a loan request. The form is located on the Polaris Acceptance Web site under Pre Owned. When the form is completed, click SUBMIT.   A copy of the your data will be sent to you at the email address you entered and also to the +COMFIN CDF Preowned forms mail box. Fax Bill of Sale and Proof of Title to 1-866-741-4976..   

Using the Pre-Owned Inventory Loan Request Form Click on the field or use the tab keys to move around the form. Select the drop down menus where applicable.    Please use the NADA guide etc. when entering the model high wholesale value.

1 a. Dealer must complete page one for loan requests with funding only. Please use the drop down menu to select your account manager than enter your dealer name, number, your name and your email address.  Then please enter the Product type, Year, Model, Make and Serial number using the drop down menus where appropriate.  Then enter the Dealer purchase Price and NADA amount for each unit you are adding.  When you submit the form, the data you entered will be sent to your email address provide on the form. 

1 b. Select Application of Loan Proceeds:  Please select all that apply.

And

1 c. page two if applying funds to dealers PA account balance.  

Please enter PA dealer number, Invoice, serial number and amount you wish applied. If you wish to apply funds to your billings you can use the drop down menu under Billing Charge type, enter the billing date and amount to be applied. As you enter dollars to these sections the total funded to the dealer will reduce. If you select more than the amount of the loan you requested, the total funded to dealer amount will stay as 0.00. It will not show a negative amount. You will receive an error message saying you selected more than the loan amount. Please select “back” and correct the application amounts.

 

1d.  Please select Yes to accept the agreement   

1e.  Press “Send Form Now”.  A copy will be sent to the account manager your selected as well as your email address entered above.

 If there are items that were not entered or the form does not balance, you will receive a message asking you to go “Back” and correct the entry.

This indicates that information is missing in required fields.

The Unit you are requesting was not identified.

You did not indicate if you wanted your funds applied or sent back to you.

You selected more to apply than your Loan Request. The Total funded to dealer will not show a negative amount only 0.00 if you select to much.

Please select the Yes button before submitting for form

You Pre Owned request has been submitted to the account manger you selected.  They will contact you if there are any issues.  Click return to Polaris Acceptance Home page will take you back to the Home page.
