Pre-Owned Inventory Highlights & Requirements 
All completed Pre-Owned Inventory Loan Request Forms should be submitted to PA via email to your Client Service Representative.

Effective April 1,  2009, the terms of the pre-owned financing program will change as outlined below.  Polaris Acceptance continues to reserve the right to modify the program from time to time, with or without notice to the Dealer. 

 
Program Term
New Terms, Effective 4/1/09 on New Advances
Trade-In Advance:
For up to two units traded in on each unit: Up to 100% advance**

For third and each subsequent unit traded in on each unit: Up to 75% advance**

A copy of the Bill of Sale is required to be provided to PA for each trade-in unit financed by PA.  Title to be provided on units valued over $5000.00
Used Advance:
(unit not acquired via trade-in)
Up to 75% advance**
Program:
$25.00 Handling fee on each unit. First 30 days interest free (60 day for Victory Units). After that standard rates apply.
Due-In-Full:
Balance at Day 270  (same)
Curtailments:
15% of original invoice amount due ninety (90) days after date of original invoice.
15% 15% of original invoice amount due one hundred eighty (180) days after date of original invoice.

*Dealers eligible for this program must be approved by PA in its sole discretion.

**The advance rate percentages listed above are of the “Clean Trade-In Wholesale” value, excluding the value of any added accessories, as provided in the most current edition of the N.A.D.A or Clymer. Motorcycle, Snowmobile, ATV, Personal Watercraft Appraisal Guide.

Dealer will receive a Transaction Statement for each unit of pre-owed inventory financed by PA describing the financing terms applicable to that unit.

As provided in the loan agreement, all financing is provided on a discretionary basis.  PA reserves the right to approve all pre-owned inventory for which a loan is requested and to limit the amount loaned to Dealer with respect to pre-owned inventory even further than outlined above.
